Melano Cream is a topical formulation primarily used for the treatment of melasma—a skin condition characterized by dark, discolored patches on the face. This cream combines three active ingredients: Hydroquinone (4%), Tretinoin (0.05%), and Fluocinolone Acetonide (0.01%). Each component plays a specific role in addressing hyperpigmentation:

•Hydroquinone (4%): Acts as a skin-lightening agent by reducing melanin production, thereby diminishing dark spots.

•Tretinoin (0.05%): A derivative of vitamin A that promotes skin cell turnover, helping to exfoliate darkened skin cells and reveal fresher skin beneath.

•Fluocinolone Acetonide (0.01%): A mild corticosteroid that reduces inflammation and prevents potential irritation from the other active ingredients.

For optimal results, apply a thin layer of Melano Cream to the affected areas of the face once daily, preferably at night, at least 30 minutes before bedtime. Before application, gently cleanse the face with a mild cleanser, rinse, and pat dry. During the day, it is crucial to use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with at least SPF 30 and wear protective clothing to minimize sun exposure, as the skin becomes more susceptible to UV radiation during treatment.

Users may experience mild to moderate side effects, including redness, peeling, burning, dryness, or itching at the application site. In some cases, allergic reactions due to sulfites in the product can occur, potentially leading to severe asthma attacks. Prolonged use of corticosteroids may result in skin thinning, stretch marks, or other skin infections. If any severe reactions or side effects persist, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
